I am Launching an AI and CRM Platform for Fiverr Sellers
Built to help Fiverr sellers stay organized, follow up with ease, and turn leads into long-term clients.
This year, I’ve consistently been hitting over $30K–$40K months on Fiverr. April closed out at $39,000, and one of the biggest reasons for this growth is not some “hack” — it’s systems.
In particular: having my own CRM designed specifically for Fiverr sellers.
Let me explain how this system works, how I use it daily to drive results, and how you can start using it too — with early access before public launch.
🔧 Why Fiverr Sellers Need a CRM
If you are using Fiverr as a serious channel for your freelance or agency business, organizing your leads, buyers, and follow-ups is essential.
For years, I used Trello, Google Sheets, and Notion to keep track of my orders and clients. But none of these tools were built with Fiverr in mind — they were generic.
That is why I decided to build something from the ground up.
🚀 FreelanceHustle.ai – Built by Sellers, for Sellers
Together with my friend and my former university professor in the US, Ayman, I have been building a SaaS tool called FreelanceHustle.ai. We’ve worked on it for over a year, and it has been a game changer in how I manage my Fiverr business.
Here’s what it allows you to do:
Track active orders, follow-ups, renewals, leads, and more
Jump into Fiverr inbox conversations directly from the CRM
Sort clients by follow-up priority
Add notes, labels, and set reminders
Easily move clients between stages (active, past, follow-up, etc.)
We built a Chrome extension that lets me categorize leads while I’m inside the Fiverr platform — no copy/pasting or switching tabs.
This system helped me recapture missed opportunities, upsell existing buyers, and keep track of high-ticket leads — which led to an extra $10K+ MRR over the past several months.
🧠 It Gives You Control — Not Automation
Unlike some tools that try to auto-reply or automate messaging, this CRM keeps YOU in control. You decide when and how to engage with leads, but you have all the context at your fingertips — organized, searchable, and prioritized.
And that matters. Fiverr is unpredictable. One bad review, one drop in success score, and your gig visibility can dip overnight.
This tool helps you build your own client engine — regardless of what Fiverr does with its algorithm.

📈 The Power of Retention: Why CRM = More Revenue
You have probably heard me talk about this before: the best Fiverr sellers don’t just get new clients — they retain them.
With this system, I track clients who:
Have subscribed monthly for 6–12 months
Are ready for a subscription renewal
Could be reactivated with a simple message
That is why I believe a CRM is not optional if you are serious about growing on Fiverr.
Thank you so much for reading this newsletter and I am excited to see you on the inside of the platform!
Kind regards,
Vasily
