My First Quarter on Fiverr & Top Services To Start in 2024

As we approach the end of the month, I wanted to share with you how the first quarter has been for me on Fiverr:

Honestly, it's been one of the best starts to the year, but in March, you can notice that there are a lot more refunds, and this is due to the Instagram Organic Growth service. I have been in the Instagram Organic Growth industry for the last 10 years, and it's definitely one of the most fragile services. Unfortunately, you need to rely heavily on the limits and restrictions that Instagram implements, so some months you can have amazing results, and other times it can be very stressful.

One of the most stable services I have seen on the Fiverr marketplace is 'Social Media Content Creation & Management'. Here are some statistics I have from my gigs:

These are incredible numbers, and it can be a very consistent service. Remember, demand is only going to increase in the coming months and years. So, if you think that too many people are offering this service, you are mistaken...

I see a lack of quality and systems among many sellers, as everyone is chasing the numbers and $$$ instead of focusing on developing their own systems and improving quality.

What’s Needed to Offer a Social Media Content Service:

We create all the client content in Canva. It's very straightforward to use and is probably the best tool for social media content creation.
ChatGPT. Yes, it’s obvious, but most people make the mistake of not using it correctly right away. If you ask it to create a caption about a certain topic, it will come up with a very generic response, which many people are already aware of. Please do your best to train ChatGPT with more follow-up questions, asking it to change the tone and to help you research topics for your upcoming client’s posts. It can be your best friend or your worst enemy.

Should you start on Fiverr or Upwork or your own website?

It's totally up to you. When I started, I did it on both Fiverr, Upwork, and my own website. However, in practice, when we start things on our own website, we tend to lose focus and lack motivation. I would recommend starting with several freelancing platforms such as:

Start your personal brand on Instagram or LinkedIn ASAP!

If you don’t start now, you will regret it later. Start by simply writing down your thoughts, your interests, and sharing what you are working on. I began building my personal brand at the beginning of my Fiverr journey, and you can’t imagine the value it has brought me. First of all, it's a significant credibility factor when potential clients see your profile. Secondly, it can lead to new collaborations and meetings with like-minded individuals, or even open up new potential streams of income for you.
